Meet The Team

Hi I am Lisa, Licensee and Licensed Conveyancer of Performance Conveyancing.

I began my career in the legal industry in 1999, working at a small boutique law firm in North Sydney specialising in Wills and Estates and Conveyancing. As a proud Hawkesbury resident, I later moved to a well-established law firm in Penrith, where I had the opportunity to learn and develop my skills under the guidance of an experienced Licensed Conveyancer and Principal Solicitor.

Driven by my passion for conveyancing, I completed the Conveyancing Law and Practice Course at Macquarie University in 2006. I continued working with solicitors throughout the Nepean, Blue Mountains and Hawkesbury regions, gaining valuable experience and building strong relationships within the local community.

In 2016, I turned a long-held dream into reality by establishing Performance Conveyancing. Since then, I have been fortunate to build a strong client base throughout the Hawkesbury and across New South Wales, something I am incredibly proud of.

I genuinely love what I do! Buying or selling a home is one of the most significant milestones in a person’s life, and being part of that journey is something I never take for granted. There is still an enormous sense of achievement and excitement in calling a client to let them know their sale or purchase has settled and hearing the happiness in their voice. For me, conveyancing is about so much more than paperwork and property transactions. It is about people, relationships and helping make an important life event as smooth, stress-free and positive as possible. It is this personal connection and sense of fulfilment that makes conveyancing a true labour of love.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, camping and travelling. I also have a strong passion for netball, enjoying the opportunity to play, coach and umpire. Being actively involved in the local community is important to me, and I am proud to support local sporting organisations, including Hawkesbury City Netball Association, Pitt Town Oakville Netball Club and Oakville Raiders Baseball Club.

I feel incredibly fortunate to combine my passion for conveyancing with my commitment to the community I call home, and I look forward to continuing to help clients navigate their property journeys with confidence, care and peace of mind.

Fun Fact about me – I haven’t given up hope that Wallabies will beat the All Blacks in the Bledisloe Cup!!

Hi, my name is Krystle, and I am a Conveyancing Assistant at Performance Conveyancing.

My journey in the legal industry began as an Office Junior at a law firm in Blacktown, where I worked my way up to becoming a Paralegal, gaining experience in Criminal Law, Family Law and General Law.

After taking some time away from the legal industry to raise my family, I returned to full-time work and began a new chapter in conveyancing, joining a conveyancing firm where I developed my knowledge and experience in this area.

I now have the pleasure of working alongside two experienced Licensed Conveyancers, Lisa and Margaret, at Performance Conveyancing. Being part of such a wonderful team allows me to continue expanding my knowledge and developing my skills in conveyancing while helping our clients throughout their property journey.

Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, going on adventures and, of course, enjoying a great holiday whenever I get the chance!
